We all know shopping insurance isn't fun. I spent time giving someone in his office my info after he Aaron didn't return my call.....someone else sent me a quote that was based off of the wrong info, she didn't return my email to her immediately back to ask questions, just not the way I would do biz......Customer service is key to me. I ended up speaking to corporate who directed me to an agent who fixed everything on the quote but it took a lot of my time. The staff at Aaron's office is beyond amazing. They do much more than necessary to make sure you're completely satisfied. I have never dealt with an insurance office as nice as this one! Thank you guys so much!
