We all know shopping insurance isn't fun. I spent time giving someone in his office my info after he Aaron didn't return my call.....someone else sent me a quote that was based off of the wrong info, she didn't return my email to her immediately back to ask questions, just not the way I would do biz......Customer service is key to me. I ended up speaking to corporate who directed me to an agent who fixed everything on the quote but it took a lot of my time.
