I like my agent but I am unhappy with Allstate. I have not driven my vehicle at all during COVID. Therefore, I think Allstate should offer more discounts for my auto policy during this time. The only discount offered amounted to a mere $11.00. Drive wise is the only other discount and it’s invasive.
Very professional and caring. I recommend everyone to give them a chance!
