Hard to beat the outstanding service by the entire agency. From office personnel to Derrick, for the last six years I have enjoyed one on one attention and timely follow up to our requests.

My husband & I have been with Allstate since we bought our home in 2007 and we have got great service & discounts for multi-policies ! When we have had to file a claim,Allstate has been very prompt & professional with handling just about everything.We had to replace a roof & carport due to storm damage and both were replaced in less than three weeks ! The Maddox office has very kind,respectable people working there that give you good old fashioned "service with a smile" !
