You might say my work as an Allstate agent is all in the family: My wife of 38 years, Carolyn, works with me, our daughter Amy is our office manager, and my daughter Becky's best friend is part of our team, too. I like to say our agency is honest, caring and awesome. Before becoming an Allstate agent, I worked for a U.S. congressman and devoted 23 years to law enforcement until becoming injured on duty. I really love my insurance agent Steve Cates and staff they are so kind and are always on top of everything. They look for the best plan price. They make sure they get right back to you. Take care of your needs. You get to talk to him not just a bunch of operators and he saved me over 200.00 a month. I will recommend his office to anyone. They are polite and respectful. All around the best insurance company and agent i have ever had.
