Bought a new system from them in 2017 with a 10 year warranty and now they have a message that says “your account is locked” when I try to call because it died.
Don’t bother. Go somewhere else. They’ve come to our house 3 times and we still have no heat. Tonight the guy left and didn’t even tell us. Obviously he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Highly do not recommend.
