Like everyone else says,,,Bad customer service.Waited for a week to get parts and then they say they didnt have the parts. Why didnt you tell me when i ordered them? Now my customer waits longer to get his transmission. Will not be doing business again. There are plenty of parts suppliers out there that want your business. The Gear Box is one of them

Horrible customer service: I purchased a transfer case. Right after installation the 4wheel low was grinding. After a month it started making humming noises. Or buy a new one and sent the old one back at my own cost for shipping and maybe they will credit me the broken case. ( I would be out the use of my money for maybe a ... read more

Horrible customer service if something goes wrong with your transmission during the warranty you have to pay to have it shipped to them and then pay to have it shipped back after 30 days and when you buy the transmission they will charge you for shipping to you and they will charge you for shipping back the core don't forget to add that in because it doesn't say it anywhere so it is double shipping it's not all included in the one price
