Purchased a throw out bearing retainer, it's defective. Retainer is 1/4 inch short and the input shaft seal will not fit. I have been rebuilding transmissions for twenty years. Do not buy from these people their parts are inferior. and will not refund your money.
I ordered 3 seals from this company 3 1/2 weeks ago. They charged me 11.98 for fed -ex delivery when it was delivered through regular mail. An they sent the back seal an didnt send the front seal. My customers vehicle has been in peaces for 3 1/2 weeks an they want their vehicle back. I have contacted the company 3 or 4 times an I can't seem to get any answers. Well I am contacting my attorney today an see what they have to say about . Find out what I can do about this insubordanation. Michelle Hicks
The parts are good. The price for shipping was fair. They claimed the parts shipped five days before the parts actually shipped. So if shipping time is important you could be dissapointed.
If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. I would encourage anyone who expects to be treated as a human being and expects to actually have their parts arrive, to NOT buy anything from this horrible, unprofessional sorry excuse for a business. Would not purchase anything for this company! I needed my package in two days, the company shipped it out 2 day later and billed me for the shipping. when confronted they said that's the way it is. luck I gave it one star!
