Great experience working with *** at Allstate *********** He is the owner and does his own work. He came out quickly after I called when my AC was coming on all the time and not cooling completely. The air conditioner was old and had been worked on before. This summer was the hottest summer I recall. I was comfortable with *** and ***** in my home. Allstate Air&Heat responded to my BBB request promptly. The Owner of the company himself, ***, then made an appointment to come out within a few hours of our call, and he was here right on time. *** evaluated the problem both inside my home (thermostat, filter, blowing air) and outside (fan), and then up in the attic (ducts, electrical wiring and connections). Allstate Air and Heat is professional and comforting. AC is a very technical business and *** does an excellent job communicating to customers. He's prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He treated me the way he would want a repairman to treat him and it made the experience much easier. There was no pressure to break the bank.

Joe?s response time to my call for help exceeded my expectations. He quickly diagnosed what repair was needed and had my AC up and running very quickly and reasonably priced. I would very highly recommend Joe, his excellent service and professionalism are Appreciated.

Joe S******* is a true gem! Honest and dependable! He is true to his word and arrived when he said he would and finished when he said he would. Worked until the unit was installed. Gave me a great deal and the new unit is quiet and working like a charm.

I have never met more of an honest man. He fixed my ac by next day. He kept in contact with me the whole time and wasnt pushy said i can shop for a better price if i didnt like his. He was very fair,honest and quick. Will keep him to come to continue to watch my system every 6 months. He is not a major ac company that is what makes it special.

It figures. Blower motor bearings go bad in attic furnace unit during hot days. Never winter time. Thank goodness I had discovered Joe from previous work. Had us happy again in very short order. Working in attics in summer is tough enough. Thx again Joe.
