I’ve been with Allstate for many years and have 3 autos, Home, boats, tractor and renters insurance with them. My son had one minor accident and they raised my rates $100 a month. I called them about it and got no help. I’m shopping for another insurance company. I pay thousands of dollars a year and they raise my rates for one claim! I’m not happy.
After being customers of Allstate starting back with the Cribbs we have now dropped our policy and moved to Usaa. The right hand absolutely does not know what the left hand is doing or saying. Extremely poor customer service.
You really need to dump your current commercial series. Stupidest thing I've ever seen! Right up there with "Flo" on the stupid scale!
I haven't had to collect on any loss, but from friends who have Allstate Insurance, I understand that claims are handled promptly and without any hassles.

I was being charged $159 for liability and full coverage on 2 vehicles, switched to State Farm and now paying $95. Thank you State Farm!
Too expensive and I just received a letter that no one can drive my car but me. Nice people but afraid they won't pay in case of accident.
Not happy with Allstate to say the least. I assumed that you pay insurance in case you have a accident. With this company we had 2 claims and they canceled us. I have never been canceled through car insurance in my life. No accident or tickets in probably 20yrs and without warning I get a non renewal notice from the main Allstate office in Ohio. Never anything from my local office. I will make it my job to tell everyone I know what has happened to me and not to do business with Allstate. THAT'S A PROMISE.
