Had my mini split and air exchanger installed by Dave 6 years ago, he was very responsive, did quality work and a great experience all around. Fast forward to 2023 and unfortunately Dave retired and sold the company. I made 3 appointments with the new owner (took time off work each time) and they did not show each time nor did they let me know that they were cancelling my “appointments” or couldn’t show up. We got a new HVAC system installed, and Dave and his team were very professional and informative.
Even though I brought my air exchange from a competitor (who is suddenly unreachable), Dave really helped me out by sending over a couple of pros to install some extra ducts and remote control. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, quality work and a good price. My go-to from now on
