Great customer service. Helped with fitting my 6’2” dad to a rollator walker. Niw he has more freedom and mobility. Nicole took the time to fit it well. She provided multiple options and gave us the time to try out each one so we could make a confident decision. Really appreciated her ethical standards. She did not try to upsell us. Competitive pricing too.
This is a fine store with very good customer service.
It started out well. I visited the store and spoke with the salesperson, Nicole. What I needed wasn't in stock but a shipment was coming on Wednesday, less than a week later. Despite Nicole assuring me that she would contact me when the shipment came in, I have had no response from Allstar Medical Supply. I have been texting and calling since the shipment date and have heard nothing. It is two weeks later and still no word from the company. It seems they pick and choose who they prefer as a customer.
