Very helpful and professional establishment . So glad it’s under new owners Max and Nicole, they were very helpful with my needs, we needed to rent a lift chair for my husband who just had open heart surgery. I went in on a Saturday and not only did they help me find the right one. They delivered it on Sunday because he was getting discharged on Monday. Since I work with seniors and heard about this supply company, it has become my go to. The staff are all very knowledgeable about the products they offer and are clear with their communication. I don't feel like I'm being "sold to" when I am working with them but rather they have the customer's needs top of mind. They also have tons of parking so you never have to fight over a spot!
The employees at Allstar Medical and Mobility Supply are welcoming, knowledgable, and advocate for your purchase requests. The store has a great variety of items. There is easy parking and is close to major roads and freeway on/ off ramps.
I rented a lift chair for 2 weeks to sleep in and rest in after total knee replacement surgery on 11/10. It was a very nice chair that fully reclined for sleeping and even tilted a bit like a zero gravity chair for the “toes above nose” time to alleviate swelling. I added a mattress pad and a sheet to cover it and make it more like a bed. It even had a heated back which I used at night. 4 levels of adjustment so very comfortable.
