I had to find a new DME company for a new wheelchair after a traumatic accident in which a truck destroyed my previous chair. Nicole worked with me for weeks to help me find the right chair with kindness and empathy. She really understands the disabled community, which was not my experience in the past with other DME companies. I am grateful for the time she put in. Thank you, Nichole.
