I just got off the phone with Derek Imutan. He is a great blend of friendliness, professionalism and humor. He is the epitome of fantastic service. I asked him if he was the owner. He said no, I just know how it feels to break a bone. If everyone in the world had empathy like Derek the world would not only be a better place, it would be perfect!

It is very rare to still find independent, owner operated stores today in Walnut Creek, and boy do I miss them. Allstar Medical Supply is a rare example of this type of store. Owners Max and Nicole went above and beyond my service expectations to answer questions and address my needs. They kept the store open one more hour on a Saturday afternoon and when I finally decided to purchase a recliner chair (I have a bad back), they offered to deliver it that same day. Tires continually go flat. I have had to replace inner tubes 2 times. Terrain of uses is far less severe than what is shown in advertisement. There is no local or authorized repair shops for their products. No physical damage to rims or tires. Had tires check regularly for pressure at tire shops. No customer support.

Website is terrible - continues to cycle you through the high-end, most promotional items = not helpful.
