This company purchased from our company items (for intention to resell I presume) and then issued a charge back on their credit card after the goods had been delivered. Overall I had a very positive and smooth experience working with Allstar logo. The customer service was very friendly and courteous and they were very honest when it came to the size of my logo and how it would not be fitting on the caps I was interested in. With their guidance and modifying my company's logo we could find a better choice and I was very satisfied with the outcome. My workers use them everyday and love wearing them. Don't expect to get what's advertised on the website - my towels were considerably smaller than advertised. I needed embroidered beach towels for an employee and customer event. Before ordering I called and spoke to Edmund, the sales manager. I asked him about the thickness and quality of the beach towels and he assured me they were very thick and very nice.
