Did not make event day with order after I was told 2 times it would make it. No communication from the company towards us. Had to contact them 3 times first time was told items will make it by the date. Then wanted to charge me for delivery. Third time was told they will ship overnight. Never did, never got a shipping number. Won't do business with them again.

Extremely rude staff. I seriously wonder if any of the people answering the phone have been trained on how to appropriately and respectfully talk to people. They messed up the date for when my order would be shipped and took no accountability for it. Will not be reordering.
Terrible experience! received notice that order had shipped but 9 days later it has still not left the warehouse despite being fulfilled. Horrible customer service, offered no solutions and was rude. Things go wrong all the time and had I known the order was not going to be delivered on-time, alternate arrangements could have been made. It's more about how you handle mistakes rather than the mistake itself and unfortunately, this was not handled well.
