Terrible experience! received notice that order had shipped but 9 days later it has still not left the warehouse despite being fulfilled. Horrible customer service, offered no solutions and was rude. Things go wrong all the time and had I known the order was not going to be delivered on-time, alternate arrangements could have been made. It's more about how you handle mistakes rather than the mistake itself and unfortunately, this was not handled well. This business shows a hat for customization and sale, ************** with striped closure. They took $235 and sent me some hat that is not shown on their website, Core365 with retro-reflective sandwich bill. This substituted hat is made of a different material and does not have the same colors.
