We ordered product a year ago this month. The product ended up not being in stock, but we were told it may come in stock soon. Kept checking back. The company kept saying it may be soon. Their communication with their customer is not good. You have to continue to reach out to them because they will not contact you back. Last contact we had was in August. We requested a refund to which we were told there was an 80% restocking fee. We spent almost $7000 for a product that has not been provided to us. It is October and can't re... read more

I had a great experience with AllStar Logo. When I placed my order for 50 The North Face jackets, their site said I will receive them in 3 weeks. But, I needed it faster. So, I called Diana the customer service rep and told her that I needed the jackets in my hands in two weeks. She was able to do it for me, no questions asked. AllStar Logo's customer service rep. was top notch, and I received my products 5 days earlier than expected. I highly recommend these guys to everyone.

This may be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I cannot believe I let them take advantage of me. I saw all the bad reviews and should have stayed away. They sent me all the wrong products and will not return any calls to get this fixed. I have also sent emails and every time I do get someone on the phone they put me in a general voicemail that never gets returned. Stay away!! You will get screw over by these losers

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! On top of misrepresenting the products on their website, they also advertise a 100% money back guarantee that they will not honor. They show throughout their site that they are accredited with the BBB with an A+ rating. If you're here reading this, you know that's an obvious lie. We had placed an order of their "Snag-Proof Tactical Polo" because our engineering team wanted the features it offered: mic clip, pen pockets, and side vents. AllStar Logo. agreed to gave this customer 50% back. But, he went ahead and still changed filed a charge back for the amount of $857.52. So, now he has the products and the entire money. Is this not stealing, from ********** *************? This customer will be hearing from our attorney to collect the money back.

****************DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!************* I am in the process of getting a refund. Worst Customer Service! No one called me to proof my order as my confirmation email said. I called for 2 weeks, No One Answers the phone! When I finally got through I was told they could not fulfill the order I wanted so I decided to cancel. My experience with All Star Logo has been disastrous in every way! I placed an order for our school back in August and we NEVER received our order, even after several phone calls and emails. Finally, I was told that they didn't have the color we had ordered in stock, so they'd have to print on another color. I told them that I'd just prefer to have the order cancelled all together and get a refund. I spoke to a Supervisor and he said it would be processed in 2 days. IT NEVER PROCESSED. I honestly thought this company may have been fake. I placed an order back in early February and (admittedly) didn't approve the proof for about a week. Regardless, even with my delay in approving the proof, the expectation was that the items would ship and be delivered by the first week of March 2021. Needless to say, it's April 7th, and I just got notification that they had shipped. It's been over two months since the order was placed, and they're just now on the way. I'm interested in purchasing a backpack the price of the backpack is 16.99 and you are charging 16.72 for shipping that it almost the price of another bag. I know your minimum is 12 but I want to just purchase on to try out first. The rep that I spoke with about the shipping cost was very rude. Thank you but no Thanks I will find someone help to make my purchase.

I am sorry you felt that way. But, we don't calculate the shipping costs. Only FEDEX and UPS do, and we don't markup anything on top of that.

On 12/3, I sent over the design for the picnic blankets we were sending out as moderator gifts . I sent a screenshot of the design as placed in the design lab, and these were blankets with bags. The first issue is that, somewhere along the line, the design was changed. Rather than asking any questions, a sales representative responded with "I need the bill to and shipping address to make the invoice to." First of all, I'm sorry that customer feels that way. Because, AllStar Logo was instructed to have all of the products shipped before 1/31/2020. Therefore, we did not take along time to produce. Second, we did not ship you the wrong item. As it is the same exact item you ordered. Finally, we called the customer back within one hour after she voiced her concerns.
