It's one of the worst dealerships around i will never go to these thieves again they told me in six months i could refinance they lied I'm paying $475 mo for an 09 Malibu with shaking in the front end they say there is nothing wrong and they never fixed it when i called them to refinance they said we don't do that so i stopped paying now it is on the street with no insurance waiting for them to come get it
Horrible service they prey on people with bad credit and trying to rebuild 1,000 miles over my warranty transmission went even though it was already in there repair shop for a transmission problem they wouldn't replace it. Also had wheel bearings replaced and 6 months later those went but guess what out of warranty pos dealer and service center

Scam artists!!
They told me after a year I could trade up. Called them after a year and a half and they said wait 6 months. Never ever late with a payment and the car is rotting. Plus I'm paying for a Ford Focus what I would probably pay for a BMW. These people are thieves! !

I went through the one in Shrewsbury.... although they were a little pushy at first I bought a 2005 Ford Taurus , a week after I drove it off the lot the transmission went but I have to say they stood behind their warranty and fixed it and gave me a free rental for a week.... its not a bad place to go if you're trying to repair your credit
