I got a 2009 jeep from them in 2013 with bad credit so I had a sky high interest rate and they had no problems approving me. I've paid on time every month without fail so I see myself as an A+ customer. Recently I tried to upgrade with them and now that my credit is better they tell me I'm not approved for the vehicle I want. So basically if they can no longer charge you loan shark rates they are not willing to work with you but will give you the run around instead of just saying well we will lose money if we upgrade your ca... read more

Worked with Lewis and James and it was a please experience. They work with you and try to make both customer and business happy. Can't wait to pick up my e glide 1 more thing I was told the owner would get lewis and James a steak dinner hahahaha Great job guys I recommend all star to everyone
Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Bought my son a quad from them that worked for 15 minutes. Then broke down. This was a brand new quad by the way. Brought it back at first they were going to fix it and I told them j want a new one. They said that's fine but wouldn't be able to give me the full value of the quad back only after of 15 mixtures of use. After finding Allstar Cycles on the Internet I traveled an hour and a half across state lines to try and get myself financed. I was looking for a Motorcycle and to also rebuild my credit. Jarrod my salesperson was courteous and professional. Within an hour we had come to terms and I was going to be a happy owner of the motorcycle of my choice and have it delivered to the State where I reside.
