Very knowledgeable folks.
Customer service here is horrible… Please do not use them. We asked to speak with the owner about the service levels She refused I’m sure he wouldn’t appreciate her walking money out the door. From a contracted account. If I could give the service level a zero I would. I asked if we could push the repair date out a few weeks so my schedule could be accommodated, I was told “IF YOU DON”T LIKE IT YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE ELSE” They have a contract with BOSCH, I asked Bosch to not refer them if we have to deal with a rude and unpro... read more
