Shout out to Tiah in Service who saved me a technician visit by walking me through some troubleshooting to get my hot tub working!
My hot tub arrived with a small crack in the heater. Ethan O was able to get out within hours to help address the issue and replace the heating element. He also helped me understand the warranty policies as well. Thanks Ethan & Co! Also want to give kudos to Chris for the consistent service this year.
