Lonnie did a wonderful ❤️ job is going over the whole set for the spa and how to use the chemicals. Thank you for all of you knowledge for this first time owner.
Terry came by today to check a leak on our old HotTub. He was very patient with us As we forgot to unlock our gates. And we are not home. Got him a code to get in. He Quickly got to work and found the leak! Even better he has the part! Which, as most of us know, is half the battle. He fixed it quickly. Hot tub is filling up and heating.. and he locked the gate. Looking forward to a soak tonight!
Lonnie was awesome. He explained exactly what the issue was - it was nice to hear exactly why my spa leaked. He gave me a tutorial - I understand the control panel now! He is such a pleasant person - it made my experience great!
