Jonathon was extremely professional, helpful and went above and beyond. He very quickly diagnosed and repaired the faulty sensor and explained everything he was doing. I like to learn so I appreciated that. Great experience 10/10.

My Caldera spa was leaking but under warranty, so I called in for service and Terry was sent out. Unfortunately it was jet pump 2 so we had to order a new pump. Terry was amazing and got it back up and running as soon as a new pump came in even though I'm up a mountain out in Rose Valley. He was extremely professional and congenial. I will use this company even when my warranty expires for everything that the tub needs in its life.
Excellent service on time Terry was wonderful. Recommend this company.
