The Staff, including the receptionist, are all very nice. I went on June 23, 2025 9:25am for a Pep Smear. The receptionist and I where laughing, when I answered the name of my city, when asked about my ethnicity. 😂🙈 All jokes aside, it was a pleasant experience, and Dr. Ayatollahi did a wonderful job.
One Star - Significant Wait Time and Poor Scheduling I had an 11:00 AM appointment today and have now been waiting for over an hour to see the doctor. When I inquired about the delay, the staff informed me that the doctor was finishing a procedure. While I understand that medical procedures can sometimes take longer than expected, I am extremely frustrated that this was not communicated to me beforehand, nor was it apparently factored into the scheduling process. Dr Ayatollahi always makes the appointment pleasant. I generally dread these appointments but she make me feel very relaxed and makes sure I understand everything.she also makes sure if I have any questions I get answers. I will definitely recommend her to other people. The staff was friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor or for the doctor. although sometimes they are very busy and I do have to wait that is understandable as it is a doctor's office
This facility provides excellent care with doctors who truly listen to your needs.
