Called them on a recommendation and got a date for an inspection the same week. what i liked was that the inspector said out loud which parts of the roof he couldn't see and would have to assume. everybody else gave me certainty they couldn't have had. the written offer came in with a range on it for that reason. no games. they'll be the first call when the garage roof needs work.
Water stains kept showing up on the upstairs ceiling and last patch job somebody did didn't hold at all. This time the whole roof was coming off so I did stop paying for repairs that didn't last. The estimate was walked through with me at the kitchen table and the sections were explained in plain language, no diagrams full of terms I'd have to look up afterwards. We had been putting off a new roof for a couple years because the whole thing seemed overwhelming. Finally reached out to ProRidge after a bad winter and I'm glad we did! They came by to measure and look at everything, then sent over a quote that broke down the cost so I genuinely understood what I was paying for. The old roof had been patched too many times and it was time to just replace it all. They scheduled us within a couple weeks and the crew got started early. Watching them tear off the old layers was a bit nerve wra... read more
