We had been putting off a new roof for a couple years because the whole thing seemed overwhelming. Finally reached out to ProRidge after a bad winter and I'm glad we did! They came by to measure and look at everything, then sent over a quote that broke down the cost so I genuinely understood what I was paying for. started hunting for roofers after a neighbor mentioned theirs was leaking and got us paranoid about ours. compared three Chicago quotes and ProRidge wasnt the cheapest but the rep actually got on the roof and showed me photos of what was failing. scheduled us about three weeks out which was fine. crew rolled in early, tear off and install wrapped in two days. they kept me informed when they hit a soft spot in the decking and replaced what needed to go
Got a full roof replacement done. Architectural shingles look really sharp, Way better than what was up there before. flashing around the chimney looks tight now too.solid job!
full roof replacement on a 1950s ranch. tear off down to the deck, new underlayment, ice and water shield where it needed to be, then architectural shingles in a charcoal color. they redid the boots around the vents and put new drip edge on the whole perimeter. the finish work at the edges looks clean which was something my last roof was bad at. attic is noticeably cooler in the afternoon now which I wasnt expecting from a roof job
Full roof replacement on a two flat with a flat porch section that complicated things. ProRidge handled both the pitched portion and the flat section using different materials appropriate for each which I appreciated since the previous roofer years ago had basically slapped shingles on the flat part and it had been leaking on and off ever since.
