full roof replacement on a 1950s ranch. tear off down to the deck, new underlayment, ice and water shield where it needed to be, then architectural shingles in a charcoal color. they redid the boots around the vents and put new drip edge on the whole perimeter. the finish work at the edges looks clean which was something my last roof was bad at. attic is noticeably cooler in the afternoon now which I wasnt expecting from a roof job

ProRidge handled both the pitched portion and the flat section using different materials appropriate for each which I appreciated since the previous roofer years ago had basically slapped shingles on the flat part and it had been leaking on and off ever since. Complete roof replacement on a 1950s bungalow. ProRidge did the tear off, replaced a few areas of decking that were past their prime, and put down new shingles in a darker color that really suits the house. The transition from old to new is dramatic. There are plenty of roofers serving Chicago but the way these guys handled the small details, like the cuts around the dormer, made the work look better than expected.
New architectural, shingles, full tear off down, to the deck, and updated flashing around the chimmany and vents. Proridge handled the whole job in two days and the finished roof looks sharp from every angle. Ridge line is straight no weird over hanges and the color matches the house well.
