Terrible experience purchased furnace, AC thermostat and coil furnace was damaged in shipping had to reschedule the job while I got a new furnace then the thermostat was DOA air conditioning would not run above 45% Tech Support put me on hold for one and a half hours then I got a number for Wayne at Alreds waited two hours to get hold of him then he just tells Me too change the thermostat because he thinks that’s what might be wrong.
