RecommendedWhenever I am parking downtown I seek out the Allpro lots, the attendants are excellent and most the lots take credit cards so I don't have to worry about having cash. Major win in my book

Hi Rick - my husband had heart surgery at BGH a couple of weeks ago and I surely was grateful that you have valet parking at the front of the hospital (BGH/Kaleida). But I also want to note that your guys were handling a very busy environment in a professional and courteous manner and it was very much appreciated by me. They were quick and efficient and polite. I took them donuts the second day! Kudos to you and your staff!
I am writing this about Mark Cavalier and the act of kindness he did for my family. My 9 month old son went for surgery at Children’s hospital on February 26th. This is our first baby, and being new parents we were pretty stressed out to say the least. When we were leaving my fiancée went to get our car out of parking and my bank card didn’t work and she didn’t have cash. Mark paid the parking for her and while $7.00 might not be a lot of money, it was the act of kindness that Mark showed that I am so thankful for.
I pay for monthly parking and I'm currently unable to park in my spot. There's no one controlling the cars coming into the garage and therefore the people that actually PAY $200/month for parking are unable to use their spot. It's 7 degrees so now both my co-worker and I (and many other people in the building) have to park in another garage, PAY FOR IT and walk through the cold to get to our building. Please remind me why we are paying you $2400/year?
Many times when I have parked with Allpro I do so as a "mystery shopper" and have always gotten exemplary service. Not everyone knows who I am and I constantly scrutinize the employees. Congratulations Allpro on providing the best service possible in your field.
