I was parked at their Quarry lot in Rochester on 9/10. There was no one working to accept my money, even though their website stated it was staffed. The online payment system with the QR code didn't work, and i didn't already have an account. The only way to set up an account is to call them. You can't do it online, which is foolish. When i called it took me through a series of prompts and eventually i got someone's voice mail, which wasn't at all helpful, and they never returned my call. My car was vandalized and the manager did not even want to hear about it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE . Will be filling a review on Yelp would Hate to see anyone go through what i am going through and the hge amount of damage done to my car.
I would like to know whats going on? My reservation for next week was canceled!!! I called on the phone and was told they are closing on 1/31/2020.

Today I paid through the park mobile app to park in the Schmidt lot. When I got to my car after work, I had a ticket! reason? over the max!!! I paid for 10 hours at around 7:40am this morning so I should have been good till ~5:40pm! Of course when I called before 5pm, they had already closed even though hours are till 5pm. Now I have to wait till Monday to fight this ticket.
Kudos to the crew at the Conventus building on Main and High and at BGH. TJ and his staff st Conventus and all the guys at BGH do a tremendous job. They are running their tails to retrieve the cars, and are kind, efficient and customer-focused. They bring a smile to my face and act as though it’s the sole mission of providing service. I highly recommend and appreciate that this service exists and having a great experience on top of it is fabulous!!
Had a run in with the rudest Allpro parking attendant today. Grumpy grumpy!

This is my first time using this service and it was wonderful. Myself and my fiance went to the Sabres game last night and prepaid online. Close parking and a short walk with no traffic interruptions. The attendants were helpful. We will be using this service again.
