I was calling to get information for the IOP program. The guy that answered was so unprofessional. He Said Hello, hello, hello in a hard to understand foreign voice. He asked "Who do you want to speak to". So I started explaining why I was calling, he cut me off and said "I'll give you an appointment and you can tell me whatever you want to tell me"!!!
