Terrible, terrible company for providers. I have seen several of their clients and it is now March and I have NOT been compensated as of yet. They keep making excuses and asking for the SAME form over and over again with each request and as of this date, I have NOT received compensation for clients seen in October and November of 2024. When I call the numbers affiliated with each case, there is a message that states "you will receive a quicker response if you e-mail us at ......." I have referred people to AllOne Health EAP for employee assistance and they have been highly responsive and helpful. Their services have been vital in providing counseling and other assistance to people in need.
This company is trying to charge me for $1,650 even though I never signed a contract with them or received any services. It's been a nightmare of months of going back and forth with them about this charge. Apparently they got an employee to sign a contract in my name. Definitely don't do business with people like this!
