While planning my granddaughters 1st birthday I reserved a time slot for her party and paid the half down deposit as required. I received an email 48 hours later indicating they would not be open on that date and that my deposit had been refunded. I traveled to Saratoga to visit with my family, I paid for several hours of time on line, they took my $40 and we arrived for our time there was no one there, we knocked and we called. We had two toddlers with us for which we walked and waited 25 minutes and no one showed. We emailed and called and no reply. I had to get my bank involved to get my back. So disappointing
We traveled to this store to take kids here. We paid for a couple of hours. We arrived at 3pm our appointment time the store was closed we tried knocking and calling and we could not get through to anyone and they already took my moms money. This place is a scam don’t come here. So disappointed
Had my daughter’s second birthday here. I paid for the grand package which includes: 2 hours of party time A themed backdrop and table goods (plates, napkins, table cloth) 2 Pizzas (double cut, 16 slices) A small balloon garland 24 cupcakes Decorations looked great, however the pizza was very late.
