Cassie & Omar did a great job installing my internet.
My neighbor is having ALLO installed, when the technician was stopped when he tried to climb over my fence "because he has an easement" (after one knock and 30 seconds). He proceeded to call the POLICE DEPARTMENT to try and bully his way into my yard. A simple conversation and I would have happily given him access, but now the entire street was filled with police and allo trucks and disturbing the entire neighborhood....awesome job ALLO, great communication!! Terrible experience with their out of state contractors ripping up my yard at least once a month to service my neighbors, never asking permission to enter, jumping fences and messing up the work so bad they have to re do it each time. Nuisance marketing in our neighborhood consistently, no real remedy just fake apologies from staff to look good on social media.

Last week I was woke by someone in my back yard drilling a hole in my house when they figured out they were at the wrong address. When I called to make a complaint that they were drilling holes in my house for no reason I had some person take my information and tell me someone would get back with me, I have heard absolutely NOTHING from Allo! If this is how they treat people I'm glad I'm not their customer. This is not over, I will call them every day and leave negative feedback for every day they ignore me.
