Really happy with the level of care I receive from Dr Phillip Ford @ the 2469 Rio Linda Blvd, location. He cares about his patients. And he actually listens to my concerns, and treats me based on my concerns and his evaluation. He's not one of those doctors that have you in and out in 5 mins. He takes his time with you, And goes over things in detail to make sure you understand. The only thing I don't like is the medical receptionist or medical assistants at the front desk. The staff and crew at AllMed Rio Linda are very polite and accommodating, as well as Dr. Ford who is very nice and was able to make sure that you feel comfortable discussing your medical concerns and inquiries answered. They provide the best service.

The WORSE bed side manner. They miss every phone appointment without even a "sorry". I hate this place....good luck to you...
