In oct 2017, I broke my shoulder, dislocated it and tore the rotator cuff. After 6 months which included 2 surgeries and I lost count of days in therapy I still had limited motion of my arm. Oh my goodness. I have to start by saying I have been in pain for over 8 years and yesterday I got brave enough to try accuptuncture with Dr. cook!!! My disc does not hurt!!! I was so excited about no pain last night that I couldn't even sleep. I reccomened Allium for all your needs and if your in pain try accupuncture. It works and does not hurt at all.
