Allium, a part of the Four Seasons dynasty, is well worth a visit for any native Chicagoan or visiting tourist. Serving brunch, lunch and dinner, all dishes highlight seasonal and locally grown products. The popular 500-calorie lunch has included dishes like a white asparagus terrine, a grilled wild salmon, and a chocolate sorbet for dessert. There are a number of plates made to share, like the bison tartare or double cut lamb chops. The drink menu features inspired cocktails and fun milkshakes. -Sylvia Barragan
