I would advise anyone not to rent from Allison & White My rent was paid for the month, but for some reason it never reached the new property management company. They stole my money. I had to get the Real Estate Commission involved to get my money back. Yes, I do still have all my paperwork & the Commission found in my favor. 😊😊
Allison & White is the best when it comes to renting. I’ve rented from several other places in the area and nothing compares to the way they treat their tenant’s. They absolutely go above and beyond. With all honesty, any issues I’ve ever had have been handled in a timely manner. The amount of people this office handles is incredible. I promise if you rent from them you won’t be disappointed.
Kick daughter and kids because Tahoe wanted heat and air for her kids. Ask since 2019 and keep asking I went in and talk to them no one showed up. I Had to go to better business bureau to get help. The finally fixed i it then sent her a note she had 30 days to get out. Don’t think the owner know the truth. Why she went to better business bureau. It’s not the owner it is the rental company
