Crooked, corrupt practices and absolute destruction of personal property Allison & White Property Management is without a doubt one of the most corrupt, crooked, and deceitful operations you could ever have the misfortune of dealing with. They slapped me with completely illegal, fraudulent charges that were ultimately dropped, but instead of taking responsibility, they threw away every single one of my personal belongings without remorse. I would advise anyone not to rent from Allison & White My rent was paid for the month, but for some reason it never reached the new property management company. They stole my money. I had to get the Real Estate Commission involved to get my money back. Yes, I do still have all my paperwork & the Commission found in my favor. 😊😊
Allison & White is the best when it comes to renting. I’ve rented from several other places in the area and nothing compares to the way they treat their tenant’s. They absolutely go above and beyond. With all honesty, any issues I’ve ever had have been handled in a timely manner. The amount of people this office handles is incredible. I promise if you rent from them you won’t be disappointed.
