I've consistently had weekly sessions with Allison for about 5 years. In that time she has provided the support I needed to improve my mental health and work through some trauma. She is certified in EMDR. Some EMDR sessions can be intense but Allison is very compassionate and always listens to my needs. She's been patient when I've been resistant to making progress because at time during the previous 5 years life was just really tough for me. I have always felt respected and supported by her.

Allison provides amazing support and counseling. She makes you feel understood and provides good feedback and effective methods for clients to deal with with their specific issues. I highly recommend Allison. She's very professional.

Allison is a compassionate professional. In working with her, she supported me in setting goals and held me accountable to those goals.
