I drove 65 miles to see Dr. Rottman at Banner South. I checked in at 12:30, and was never seen. I waited in a room for over an hour and was told there was another person ahead of me. Needless to say Dr. Rottman never showed up. I left upset and disgusted on how I was treated. Horrible place.
She did multiple surgeries on both my feet which were botched so I had to find another surgeon elsewhere to perform reconstructive surgery on both feet to correct her mistakes. This has caused me to miss many months at a time from work which eventually ,I lost my job. She did a horrible job even though she's a pleasant person to talk to I wouldn't let her cut me open again.
If I could give zero star, I would. I went to Allison Rottman for a problem with my heel. I have since seen Dr. Rottman 3-4 more times and have played phone tag with both Banner, where she’s located, and her staff. I have planters factitious and Dr. Rottman was treating that. It’s always amazing to me that your doctor doesn’t look out for your best interest, in that, they gave me a boot to wear and I was charged by my insurance some $300 dollars.
