Joe Hertel came out in the rain and replaced my sump pump that had "died" on me. He re-arranged his schedule to fit me in. He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL !!!!! ***** all the way around !!!!!
This plumber did not install tower faucet near my vessel tub correctly and refused to come back to fix it. I finally hired another plumber who needed to remove tile and cut through floor boards to properly mount the tower faucet to the floor. Very sad to have to go through the extra expense but Allison Plumbing’s incompetence was the issue. He also damaged the white wood on my new Koehler vanity unclogging a drain with his tools. Ugh!
Allison Plumbing did another great job for me today! Experienced, responsive, and conscientious, I strongly recommend them.
Joe installed a new water heater and rerouted my gas line. Did a great job with quality products at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Allison Plumbing.
Joe knows his stuff, very conscientious, and has bailed us out several times over the years. If you want a good plumber who plays it straight- Joe at Allison he's the one.
