He made my sister wait for a heart catheterization over the weekend and when he finally showed up on Monday to do the procedure, he punctured in the wrong place on the artery. She bled internally for 5 hours and DIED.
Dr. Chin has taken care of my family for years. He is very kind and always listens to everything and asks a lot of questions to get to root of issues.
Number one: His office is rude, they began to sigh everytime I called and gave my name. Dr. Older is good at ordering diagnostic tests but when it came to treating my disease, his office couldn’t even send an appropriate PA which reflected my insurances policy. This was something they were attempting to do for 3 months and never did correctly!! I have never had to walk an office through all the steps before and this is why I had to call so much. Last month Dr. Greene operated on my husband for a tumor in his right lung. There were several tests done ahead of this, including a biopsy by Dr. Greene to confirm that it was a malignant tumor. Because of the size and location of the tumor it was necessary for Dr. Greene to remove the entire lung and adjacent lymph nodes. I have been a patient of Dr. Kaplan for many years now; I treasure her for improving my health! Dr. Kaplan is a TOP-NOTCH doctor who focuses on total health and preventive care. Instead of placing a Band-Aid over an existing health issue, she finds the root cause to cure the issue and improve overall wellness. Mediocre at best. Dismisses most of what you say within an appointment. Is a poor communicator in terms of managing expectations within an appointment. Is impossible to schedule a one-off health visit with. Constantly feels like she's looking for ways to nickel and dime you with visit requirements to try and create billable events for Steward Medical.

Went to his office where he explain the procedure, what he would do in the surgery, what he was looking for and what to expect after the procedure! Very compassionate always asking if I needed anything to help. Did I have any questions, he could answer to clarify.
