I have been taking an elderly friend to dr Kaplan for a couple of years. Dr Kaplan seems very thorough and caring. Her staff, if you try to call the office, is a whole different story. I called today and asked them if they could call friend and tell her if it was ok for her to take an extra blood pressure pill because she fell and broke her arm last week and the pain was raising blood pressure. By the time I was off the phone, my blood pressure was in need of help. very frustrating.
The best Dr I have seen in my life. Very concerned doctor and the staff is excellent.

I love this office and this doctor. Their model is to have you call in the am and you get a same day appt. Dr. Kaplan's staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I get to see her quickly. She is extremely thorough in her exams. She has a questionnaire for medicare patients that she does every time I come in - and I appreciate her thoroughness. Would recommend her and her office to anyone looking for a thorough family practice Dr. who is very conversant with Medicare and it's requirements.
