Dr. Rau is wonderful. She is skilled, compassionate, and performed my total reverse shoulder replacement. Six weeks post surgery, I have more movement than I had before surgery. She continues to inspire my continued recovery.

Dr Rao did some extensive repairs to my shoulder after 2 dislocations. She is very highly educated and skilled but at the same time she is extremely professional and personable with her patients. The first time I saw her, she sat in the room with me and my mom for about 45 minutes just answering our questions as if she had no place else to be.
