When I was told I needed shoulder surgery, I began the process by completing hours of research to find the perfect orthopedic surgeon. I decided that Dr. Rao would be the best choice for me. She was very thorough about explaining the process and addressing my questions and concerns. She made recommendations in a way that made me comfortable with my decision. Together With Dr. Rao’s expertise and outstanding staff, my surgery was a success. I would recommend Dr. Rao without hesitation to my family and friends

Dr Rao did some extensive repairs to my shoulder after 2 dislocations. She is very highly educated and skilled but at the same time she is extremely professional and personable with her patients. The first time I saw her, she sat in the room with me and my mom for about 45 minutes just answering our questions as if she had no place else to be. Dr Rao repaired my rotator cuff and did excellent work. My recovery went way better than expected. Everyone told me how long and painful the recovery is but mine was not too bad. A year later the shoulder has no pain and is stronger than the other one so I wanted to leave a review. Dr Rao is an excellent surgeon and I would definitely recommend her.
Dr Rao is awesome! She repaired my broken clavicle and guided me through the recovery process by clearly laying out what to expect, what to do, not to do. Everything, over the course of months! It was my first such experience and I can't imagine a better one! No complaints. On top of her professionalism and obvious knowledge and skill, she was super pleasant and displayed a sense of humor, while both expressing necessary cautions mixed with optimism. May I never need her services again, but if I do, she will be my choice!
