I had a consultation with Dr. Rao. My shoulder was seriously affecting my lifestyle. I arrived upset at my situation and very nervous. I was interviewed by her staff and laid out my symptoms as they intently listened to my situation. Dr. Rao rated my disability at 50% and totally disarmed any hesitation or anxiety I had. Dr Rao quickly diagnosed my shoulder problem and recommended a treatment plan. I needed a rotator cuff repair. She was able to do the surgery arthroscopically. I had minimal pain after surgery. I did my exercises as recommended. I am now 12 weeks out of surgery and my shoulder is doing great! I will continue to strengthen it. Thank you Dr Rao!

Dr. Rau is wonderful. She is skilled, compassionate, and performed my total reverse shoulder replacement. Six weeks post surgery, I have more movement than I had before surgery. She continues to inspire my continued recovery.
