I had my wellness appointment scheduled for 6 months after my initial visit. When I arrived, after waiting for 40 minutes, I was told that ALLEN COOKE DID NOT do his job and that the lab had no orders to do anything and I was sent on my way. No way to run a business!!!
Allen is Awesome! Me and my mom go to him and if mom not doing good he say ok I'm going to send someone out to check on her he makes it happen. We went on a Thursday and they contacted me that day and was here the next!! Allen is appreciate you and your staff!! Thank you.
Allen is awesome. I just switched to him as my primary. I felt like he listened to all of my concerns and did not rush me out of the room. He seemed genuinely interested in getting to the bottom of my issues and was happy to drawn a number of labs for me to investigate. He is very knowledgeable about hormone therapy as well. Being a 43 year old woman that is something I was hoping to find in a provider. He also appears to practice what he preaches (appears very healthy and fit.)
