Very thorough whole body approach to eye care - I learned so much about things I didn’t even know could affect my eyes being dry. Team was extremely kind and knowledgeable.
I will never return there. Asked for a simple note to give to the school explaining my daughter's condition. The letter read as if the head doctor cares about covering her assets more than anything. After I addressed this letter in a reply to the email, some "person" from the clinic called to apologize for the head doctor's tone and lack of customer service. He was supposed to follow up on a question I had, but I never heard back. Seems like they play games. I'm really disappointed in this place.
Very disappointed learning how the doctor treated my 2 year old grandson, who was brought to the clinic for an eye exam by my daughter. She was rude, disrespectful, walked out of the examination room while making a derogatory comment, and never returned. Lacks professionalism and compassion for children and adults alike. Find a different facility.
This morning I took my 2 year old in for an eye exam (I confirmed when making the appointment that they offered pediatric exams). The support staff was wonderful. Very understanding of a 2 year olds behavior. Doctor Allison, on the other hand was not equipped to see a 2 year old.
