We had the best veterinary experience we’ve ever had with Dr. Luecking. This was largely also in part to her awesome vet assistant, Bre. I felt well informed of all my options while not pressured. They were awesome about making sure to clearly explain all costs before doing any treatments and gave us a complimentary nail trim while my cat was sedated. We will be using them for all of our pets moving forward.
Had a wonderful experience, it was my first visit and will definitely be bringing all my animals here.
Attentive, fast and courteous. Dr. Herr is amazing, and the staff are wonderful and care. They are also great with following up. They saved our 9 year old diabetic cat when he went in to DKA and had him transferred to VSH in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
DONT GO HERE. This place doesn't have doctors during regular business hours. They said they couldn't help us when our cat lightly injured her tail...YET claim to be able to do emergency surgeries. Go to VEG ER for Pets. Great staff, excellent triage, resonable prices and very compassionate.
