I have been seeing Dr Boonie since 2016, over 9 years. Today it took me 45 mins to get to my appointment, not like the normal 20 min, which made me 10 mins late for an 8:30 AM appointment. They would not let me in and said I had to reschedule. I have not been late in the past, so I could not understand their reasoning. Very humiliating experience, and at age 66 I won't soon forget.
I had to get a new primary due to mine retiring. What I was accustom too was excellent personal customer service/care, able to at least get in touch with a nurse or leave a message and receive a call back same day no more than 24 hours. I have YET to meet Dr. Pap, only with Dr. Boonie the first time and “aids” from that point on. I can Never can get a hold of ANYONE ever. Have to leave a message IF the message service is working and HOPE to get a call back. Not the best of care.
