Horrible management, horrible amenities, trust all the bad reviews as there are many fake reviews. Parking is horrible. Laundry room always a mess. Better places directly near it.

Stayed about three months. The location is prime, maintenance was responsive, and management was decent. Parking is okay, but you need to display a permit. Laundry and AC had no issues, and noise was fine apart from the occasional seagulls. However, they like to play games and you must be careful, read below. Budget for charges beyond rent. Very frustrating, lived here for two years and won't let me move out 1 month early without paying $4,800 cancellation fee. Always paid rent on time, rarely called for repairs and this is how you get treated. Used to have reserved parking spot, now they tow any resident that parks outside. I saw them towing someone during a power outage once which was really funny.

I’m personally unhappy about being forced to pay for Valet Living, especially since many neighbors leave their trash cans out on their patio’s every day. Paying over $2600/mo to walk past trash cans in common spaces is not cool, especially when it’s a service that they will not let us opt out of. We’re forced to pay for this service and while only some of us use it, several neighbors refuse to take their trash cans in at night, and some neighbors leave their bags out of the trash cans right on the walkways.
