I won't be sharing photos for privacy reasons and to not upset anyone.... But I was experiencing an eye infection that started 5 days prior to going into urgent care. I went to my primary doctor 2days ago and received antibiotics, But the condition only got worse. staff at the front desk are rude and grumpy but the rest is fine
Urgent care was good but I kept getting text messages with my wait time several hours after I was gone. They still thought I was sitting in the waiting room, waiting to be seen. How funny is that?
Doctors , nurses and technicians very professional and helpful. Very caring group of people.
Great experience! Was able to check in from home. Timely and compassionate care from all who cared for me, from receptionist , nurses, doctor, pharmacist. I still can’t believe how streamlined everything was. I got answers to my health challenges and arrived home feeling much better and so well cared for.
