Treated very well for my problem.
I waited for over an hour to be seen after checking in. Multiple people arriving after me were seen before me. When I was finally called they took vitals and told me to go back to the lobby and wait to be seen by a doctor. After two hours of waiting I finally had to leave for another commitment. Not a good experience to say the least!
From admission through discharge at Allina Urgent Care in Woodbury, courteous, timely and professional assessment in plan of care was delivered- The nurse was excellent and the doctor was courteous and open about plans for care
I love the online check in option and was well taken care of here.
