The entire staff was excellent, kind, caring, skilled and friendly. Dr Figari was very helpful and gave me excellent and helpful advice for my present situation and in the future. I left feeling listened to, reassured and confident I received the best care possible. .
We brought my son there after he fell outside at home. The told us he broke his femur and said we needed to get to children's in St. Paul. We get there checked in only to find out we should have went to Minneapolis. The doctor at children's was very upset the urgent care didn't do there job and call a head. We had to get him back in our car because this happened during the snow storm and ambulances weren't going. My son went through more pain by them failing to call children's hospital.
