The provider with the thick Russian accent who my husband saw today called him at 9:15pm and he didn’t answer because we were going to bed and then she called me immediately after like it was some life or death situation and all she wanted to talk about was insurance coverage. We have been here multiple times and every time getting quickly and get our medical needs met. The space is incredibly clean and tidy. The pharmacy has also been very quick and helpful.
My son went into this facility yesterday afternoon 04/01, complaining of abdominal severe abdominal pain he's been suffering for the past 3 days. At no time ,a scan of any kind was performed on him, to maybe pinpoint a possible answer. The diagnosed by this professional was " blockage ' and was send home with a prescription for Acid and Nausea. Hospitals and anything medical is intimidating to me, but my experience here was very sweet. Everyone was very kind, patient, and friendly. Highly recommend a place to go for your urgent care. I went right away in the morning on a Thursday, and didn’t really have to wait as long as I expected. I love the text messages that they sent. Let me know my place in line.
From my appt in early February, I thought I was going to do a simple ear exam. The doctor was less that personable, pushed me to see an ENT specialist and of course charged me for a full visit for what took less than 10 minutes. The follow-up appt a month later provided no new information, but again suggested I continue with yet another ENT specialist. Nearly $500 later no worhwhile information. Lots of emails and texts making sure I paid on time though. If you have a choice, I suggest looking elsewhere.
