Love my doctor and her nurse. The receptionist's are great. BUT, the new lab system Quest sucks... they are the worst
Ease of scheduling and quality care.
The doctors and nurses are excellent at the clinic. However, the switch from Allina lab people to quest has been a huge disappointment. There's always a big bruise in your arm. You have to wait and it's really a disappointment. Hoping that changes soon
The older lady downstairs at the reception was very rude and extremely disrespectful. Not only did she not help in the least but further aggravated the situation. All this while my husband and I are scrambling to get my mother in laws blood pressure medication.
