Nurse Eric, Nurse Jayci, Dr. Johnson, Dr. Maklad, and the rest of the team during pre-op, my procedure, and post-op were absolutely incredible and I could not speak more highly of them. While at Mercy for my procedure I felt like I was in good hands and they all did a phenomenal job at reassuring me throughout. I handed this older nurse my purse to lock up and she stole my $40 and she stole it with the money they make this also happened to trust the nursing staff at a vulnerable moment with me, the head nurse was nice and reimbursement, me it Wasn't money appreciate, what I did receive, I just wouldn't feel comfortable ever returning again!
Be prepared to wait. They treat you like a number and show little concern for you personally. They leave you wondering what the next step is. Poor communication. Would not recommend to anybody.
