I had shoulder surgery yesterday and had a great experience. Dr. Muench did the surgery, the nurses were AWESOME and the anesthesiologist.... can't remember his name for some reason (lol) was excellent as well. Hope I don't need surgery again soon but, that's where I would go. Thanks so much for your awesome care.
After having a surgical procedure done at Faribault District One back in May, I must say that my experience was outstanding! Even when my surgery was delayed due to miscommunication, the staff apologized immensely and the manager of the department brought me a letter and a nice gift to apologize, which was not necessary, but so appreciated as this seems unheard of in this day and age.
