The one star is for CECE, a very professional, kind EMT personnel. She was very polite in her questions and her conversations when she dropped off my patient today 10th May 2024. However, her colleague was extremely RUDE, ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING and with very bad temperament. She should NEVER work anywhere where human beings are taken care of. Two EMTs came to Friendship Manor tonight to drop off a resident of ours. The blond was super nice and approachable. But however the short brunette came in treating staff like absolute garbage with a terrible attitude. I get people have bad days, but as healthcare professionals we treat each other and our residents with respect. No matter what position. That was absolutely unacceptable. The date is 5/10/2024.
