Lorraine Hoffman and the lead Amanda are terrible! My daughter had a 1 o’clock telehealth appointment and was sent a text to her phone that was only allowing her to link up from her computer and was not working. I began calling at 12:50 about this and didn’t get through to anyone until 1:20 and at that time was told we are more than 15 minutes late for our appointment and we have to reschedule.
